CLEVELAND — A woman has been arrested for alleged OVI after crashing into a vehicle on I-71 in Cleveland during an overnight traffic stop. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the incident began around 1:11 a.m. Tuesday when a trooper initiated a traffic stop on I-71 North near the Denison Avenue exit in Cleveland.
