Warm temperatures, scattered showers persist for the Mid-South

Good Sunday morning - It is muggy outside and as a result over oversaturated air, and we have a Dense Fog Advisory for most of West TN that expires this morning.

Rain and storms have mostly left the area with a few cells still falling apart in North Miss.

Rain chances remain low throughout the day but this afternoon/early evening we could see some rain redevelop mostly south of 40. Temperatures in the upper 80s with partly cloudy skies.

Monday morning before dawn there will be 6 planets aligning (You will actually be able to see its not going to be 6 planets unless you have a BIG telescope).

Rain chances return with a threat for Severe Weather tomorrow afternoon through the evening for areas along and west of the river. Damaging winds the primary concern.

This unsettled pattern continues and the 90s potentially roar back into the 7-day Thursday before a weak cold front helps normalize temperatures back into the mid 80s with sunshine and mostly dry conditions into the weekend.
