11-year-old Livingston Parish girl recovering from stray bullet
LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (WAFB) - The family of an 11-year-old girl hit by a stray bullet is speaking out. It happened in Livingston Parish over the weekend. “We’re just devasted. We’re praying and believing in God for the best outcome,” said Elnora Johnson Brown, the girl’s great-great-aunt. “This little girl, she’s the sweetest angel you’d want to meet, and she didn’t deserve this.”
