Crimestoppers: Woman steals $400 baby monitor from Target
MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) -Police said a woman concealed a $400 baby monitor when paying for another item. The woman went to the Target in Moline at 5 p.m. April 25 and picked a pair of pants and an Owlet Dream Duo baby monitor. According to police, she hid the monitor under the pair of pants, and only paid for the pants.
