For the second year in the arow, the Mount Greylock boys and girls track and field teams claimed both Western Massachusetts Division II titles. The Mount Greylock girls took first with a total of 158 points — finished well above Frontier (82) and Monument Mountain (58). The boys, meanwhile, finished with 140 points — also coming in above Frontier (65.5) and Wahconah (60).

Rollover crash on I-495 in Milford kills man, hospitalizes 2 others, police say
A rollover car crash on Interstate 495 in Milford on Friday killed one man and sent two other people to the hospital, according to Massachusetts State Police. Louis Marano, 90, of Franklin, was identified as the man killed in the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
