PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A private school transportation service will no longer transport students to and from Pittsburgh Conroy Education Center after a mother went public with how her autistic and nonverbal 10-year-old daughter was left with bite marks and bruises all over her body.The girl's mother, Shareena Johnson, told KDKA-TV that Pittsburgh Public Schools officials told her another student attacked her daughter while she was riding a van to Conroy Education Center on Monday. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner on Tuesday identified the Whitehall man who authorities fatally shot as Selwyn Brown. Brown, 54, opened fire Tuesday morning on state Attorney General’s Office agents and police, who were executing a search warrant for a felon who possessed and illegally transferred firearms, authorities said.

UNIONTOWN, Pa. (KDKA) — Police are investigating two separate shootings in Uniontown on Tuesday. The Uniontown Police Department said one man was shot and killed on a sidewalk in front of a home on Dunlap Street at around 2 p.m. on Tuesday. He was identified as 33-year-old Josh Stevens. Witnesses told Fayette County District Attorney Michael Aubele that Stevens threatened to stab the suspect before the shooting. Aubele told KDKA-TV's Jennifer Borasso that there was some disagreement before the shooting. Police said they are looking for the shooter, who they said fled the scene. Police looking to identify man who displayed inappropriate conduct toward women in Shadyside
Pittsburgh police are looking for a man they say behaved inappropriately toward women in Shadyside. Police said on May 28, the man approached two women on Walnut Street within a 15-minute span and first told them he liked their backsides. He followed one of the women into a stairwell, ran behind her and lowered his face into her backside as she was walking up the stairs, police said.
