Drying out for Sunday
PITTSBURGH — The widespread storms have exited, so only isolated severe storms are expected through sunset. Rain will taper off overnight with areas of dense fog possible Sunday morning. Clouds will increase late on Sunday as rain is possible after 8pm. Periods of rain will be around during Memorial Day, so not a washout, and an afternoon storm can't be ruled out. Just like today, wind and rain are the primary concerns, and Monday is now upgraded to a Severe Weather Alert Day. Showers will be intermittent through Wednesday when we finally dry out and will be more seasonal into the first weekend of June.
