27-Year-Old Paterson Man Injured in Thursday Shooting
PATERSON, NJ - A 27-year-old Paterson man was shot in the area of North 20th Street and Clinton Street Thursday morning and rushed to St. Joseph's University Center in a private vehicle seeking treatment, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer in Charge Isa Abbassi announced. According to a statement, at approximately 1:20 a.m., members of the Paterson Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the area. After a year-long hiatus, demolition is set to resume on an iconic North Jersey factory that produced some of the world’s top-selling cookie brands. Demolition of the Nabisco factory in Fair Lawn began in 2022 and was supposed to end with the implosion of the plant’s tower last spring.
