Kiwami Ramen is scheduled to open May 9 in the former Wild Ginger Sushi Bistro space on Bardstown Road, following an extension building renovation with some construction delays. The restaurant will serve Japanese fare and ramen, made with broth slow-cooked for over 20 hours.
Customers will find a variety of ramen dishes including Tonkotsu, Spicy Curry Tonkotsu, Miso, Shoyu, or soy sauce, and Tsukemen selections.
