The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 5 of their first-round NBA playoff series, 123-93, on Wednesday night.

Following a masterful performance from both James Harden and Paul George in Game 4, the two Clippers' stars did not show up in Game 5.

Harden had seven points on 2 of 12 shooting, four rebounds, and seven assists in the loss. George had 15 points on 4 of 13 shooting with 11 rebounds and four assists.

Following the game, the NBA on TNT crew discussed the blowout. Shaquille O'Neal had one word to describe the two Clippers' players.

“That’s why I’ve never been on the Clippers bandwagon. Those two guys are too inconsistent for me. It’s disappointing,” O’Neal said.

Shaq has a point, as George went from 33 points in Game 4 to 15 points in Game 5, and Harden went from 33 points to seven.

The Clippers will play the Mavericks in a crucial Game 6 on Friday at 9:30 p.m. ET in Dallas.
