3 Suspects Shoot Security Guard at Residence on Private Road in Encino

ENCINO, LOS ANGELES, Apr. 29 (KNN) — A security guard was wounded in a shooting at a residence on a private road in Encino overnight.

The shooting occurred at 2:45 a.m. Monday in the 17500 block of Jayden Lane, located near the 5400 block of Encino Avenue.

Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to the scene and located one male victim, initially identified as a security guard, wounded in a shooting.

The victim suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics.

According to LAPD officers at the scene, the victim was shot by three suspects that fled the scene on foot.

Officer Eisenman, spokesperson for the LAPD, could not immediately confirm that the victim was the security guard, but she did confirm the suspects were three males wearing dark clothing. There was no additional description.

Additional information from multiple media sources indicates the house is currently listed for sale and owned by a talent manager and record producer.
