Loop Boulevard traffic to Loop 20 moves to temporary detour
LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Crews will close the Loop Boulevard access to Loop 20 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, and traffic will be directed to a temporary detour.
