TONAWANDA, N.Y. — A Kenmore restaurant is teaming up with a food truck/catering operator to take over concessions at three Town of Tonawanda locations. Mike’s Subs Express has a new three-year contract to provide food and beverages at the Sheridan Park Golf Course and Brighton Park Golf Course starting this week. Historic Preservation Commission tours Frontier House
On Tuesday, Village of Lewiston Historic Preservation Commission Chairwoman Loretta Frankovitch and members Peter Coppins, Rita Geiben and Christine O’Hara toured the 200-year-old Frontier House, which is set to reopen this summer. Their guide was Jimmy Carminati of Waterbourne Construction Advisors, who is serving as a construction manager consultant for renovation project lead Ellicott Development. Carminati provided a thorough analysis of the completed repairs and of what work still remains.
Thomas Moore named executive chef at Niagara Frontier Golf Club
Thomas Moore has been named the executive chef at the Niagara Frontier Golf Club. The announcement was made by Club President Edward Waller and General Manager Timothy Engel. Moore, a native of Medina, has more than two decades of experience and training at restaurants throughout the country, most recently as the executive chef at the Bakers Street Steakhouse in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

While "GUTENBURG" at Kavinoky was just silly, on the other hand THE ... WATSON INTELLIGENCE at Road Less Traveled Production was a great treat of stellar acting, as was Arthur Miller's THE PRICE at Irish Classical.
