Dress, eat, and drink like a cowboy at Bullhide Brewery in South Jersey
Pilesgrove is known for being South Jersey's cowboy capital of sorts.
But across the street from the famous Cowtown Rodeo lies a different family business, known as 'Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters.'
It has been operated by Suzanne Zigo's family since her parents bought it in the 1970s. They moved the shop to Route 40 in the 1990s.
Suzanne Zigo grew up in the business. She and her husband, Travis, dreamed of expanding for years. They serendipitously decided on opening a brewery, which took roughly six years to come to fruition.
Bullhide Brewery first opened its doors in December of 2025, just two doors down from Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters. They currently host live music, country line dancing, and other events.
In the space between, a unique shop known as 'The Marketplace at Cowtown' started stocking its shelves in September 2025. There, customers can find locally-sourced products like cakes, popcorn, oils, peanut butter, and more.
Now, the Zigo family hopes that having all three storefronts under one roof can make Salem County an even more attractive destination for families to visit.

Folks, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Florida is the only place where a disagreement over dog poop can apparently escalate into a felony case, an assault with a scooter, and enough body-cam footage to make Netflix start taking notes.
