Half-Naked Man Filmed Attempting to Enter Southwest Florida Home

Lehigh Acres, FL - Authorities are investigating a bizarre incident that occurred early Thursday morning when a half-naked man was caught on surveillance video attempting to enter a Southwest Florida home.

Video footage captured the unidentified man approaching a residence on Sentinela Boulevard in Lehigh Acres without pants.

The suspect proceeds to grab the doorknob, seemingly attempting to enter the dwelling.

A family member residing in the home reported that a young child witnessed the man through a window while getting a snack in the kitchen.

The man was filmed abruptly rushing behind a nearby bush and hiding upon noticing the child.

The man then emerges, walked away briefly, before inexplicably returning to conceal himself in the same location again.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) deputies responded swiftly to the scene, conducting a thorough investigation of the area.

Deputies deployed a drone in hopes of locating the suspect; however, their efforts were unsuccessful.

According to LCSO, detectives have made significant progress in identifying the individual and are collaborating with other law enforcement agencies to conduct interviews with a person of interest.
