The Norman High girls soccer team started fast on senior night to secure its third shutout win in a row. The Tigers mounted their first real threat when Aniya Facen found Jaylnn Mason on a thru ball to put the senior striker one-on-one with the Putnam City West goalkeeper. Mason got off a low shot that got by the keeper to score the first goal just a few minutes into the game.

The Norman North girls won 10-0 over the Panthers, picking up their sixth shutout win of the season. OKLAHOMA CITY — A Mooreland firefighter remains hospitalized after sustaining injuries from a 5,000-acre fire near Sharon on Saturday. Two firefighters with the Mooreland Volunteer Fire Department were burned after flames overran their vehicle while battling the wildfire in Woodward County.
