MIDDLETOWN — Theresa Cayton’s resume includes impressive highlights from her legal career. At age 39, Cayton is already a Middletown City Court judge, and she was previously a partner at the respected law firm Larkin, Ingrassia LLP and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
