Here's what Central Jersey's first Black history museum has planned for Juneteenth
Central Jersey's first and only Black history museum is celebrating Juneteenth on the grounds of a Skillman farmstead formerly owned by a Black Civil War veteran. The Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum will host the third annual Juneteenth event from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 15, at True Farmstead, 189 Hollow Road, and neighboring Mount Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church, which is on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Somerville man charged with stealing, crashing construction vehicle
SOMERVILLE – A borough man has been charged with stealing a construction vehicle from downtown Somerville last week, then allegedly fleeing the area at a high rate of speed, crashing into two vehicles and a building before being arrested in Bridgewater.Amr A. Khodeer, 24, has been charged with stealing the vehicle from Union Street, a short roadway that goes from a borough parking lot to Main Street by Alfonso's, a little after 2 p.m. on June 4, Somerset County Prosecutor John McDonald said.
