Raccoon Tests Positives For Rabies: Hunterdon County Department Of Health
The raccoon was found in Clinton Township in the area of Andreann Drive and Hamden Road, health officials said. Anyone who have may have had contact with the raccoon between Tuesday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 14, should notify their primary care physician immediately or the Hunterdon Medical Center Emergency Room to discuss concerns of possible exposure and the need for post exposure prophylaxis treatment, health officials said. The Health Department HCHD is working with individuals who were exposed and they are seeking medical treatment to prevent rabies, they said.
Small Plane Crashes In Hunterdon County
The fixed-wing, single-engine plane landed in a large hay field off of Ellis Road in Holland Township around 4:25 p.m., the county prosecutor's office said. The pilot, who was the sole occupant of the plane, sustained minor injuries and was treated on-site by the Milford-Holland Rescue Squad. There were no reported injuries on the ground.

A Chevrolet convertible took a nose dive into an in-ground swimming pool at a home on Kosiuszko Road in Readington on the evening of Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Police in Lehigh Valley seek man who, allegedly, installed credit card skimmer at Dollar General
Law enforcement officials in Macungie, in Lehigh County, are on the lookout for a man who, they claim, installed a credit card skimmer at a discount store in the borough. According to police, the incident happened around noon on April 11, when a man was captured on store surveillance cameras after he, allegedly, installed a credit card skimming device on a self-checkout register at a Dollar General store located along the 100 block of Main Street.
