Lubbock apartments for rent saw essentially no changes since last September
Renters in Lubbock saw apartment listing prices essentially unchanged from last year's median of $1,260, an analysis of new data from rental marketplace Zumper shows. The typical apartment listed for rent at $1,250 in September. Median listing prices in Lubbock are trending slightly downwards from last month's $1,276 price. The data covers all bedroom sizes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, within the specified metropolitan area. It reflects the median rent for all listings that were active at any given point during the month, according to Russell Middleton, co-founder of Zumper. When those are excluded, the overall median rent for listed apartments goes to $1,250.
