World's largest one-day leadership event draws hundreds to the Weber Center

LA CROSSE (WKBT) -- Dahl Automotive hosted "Leadercast," the world's largest one-day leadership event at the Weber Center Wednesday.

Over 400 local leaders attended the conference including city officials, school districts and non-profits.

This year's theme is G.H.O.A.T., Greatest (Leadership) Habits of All Time. Some of the top leaders in the world spoke to attendees via simulcast, highlighting the importance of building healthy teams and fostering fulfilled employees.

The event played as a reminder that leadership in the community begins with the individual.

"When we've got individuals learning how to be better leaders, then we have better teams, better organizations and ultimately we have a healthier and better community," said Andrew Dahl, president of Dahl Automotive.
