Police asking for public’s help in identifying assailants in Kihei

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Maui Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two unidentified males who assaulted a pedestrian in Kihei, March 31.

The assailants assaulted the pedestrian in a van near Sugar Beach.

Police said the van is white and can be described as an older model with no side windows and has a faded blue pinstripe.

A composite sketch also described one of the suspects has a vertical scar under his left eye.
