A Valley Springs entrepreneur has grown her hot dog cart into a full-fledged food truck in just a few months’ time. Stacey Pavlovic opened Oh My Dog in June doing pop-ups at businesses and taking on larger events. She quickly realized that her menu of loaded hot dogs was “pretty darn popular,” so she bought a customized trailer to operate out of, planning to extend her season into winter.
