The Sioux Falls Police Department has arrested a man, 26, for a first-degree burglary during the weekend. The incident happened at about 6:20 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of North Nesmith Avenue. The residents happened to be inside, when somebody broke in their window, police department spokesperson Sam Clemens said. The residents managed to hold the intruder until the police arrived.
