Mount Zion Commons in Springettsbury Township is one step closer to being developed. The Springettsbury Township Board of Supervisors Wednesday night approved the conditional use proposal for the project. Plans for the development, which will rest on the corner of East Market Street and Mount Zion Road, are still being drafted, but with Wednesday’s vote, it is inching closer to becoming a reality.
