Man on The Run Now In Police Custody
The man on the run from police after being accused of multiple crimes has been taken into custody. Donovan Philpot was taken into custody in Butler city on Tuesday. Philpot is accused of stealing a vehicle then being involved in a hit and run crash in Jefferson Township Monday morning.

Attorney General Michelle Henry announced that Quinzal Powell, a Philadelphia man, pleaded guilty to trafficking heroin/fentanyl from Philadelphia to Butler County. Powell, 33, was found to have trafficked over a thousand bricks of the drug for distribution in western Pennsylvania. He was sentenced to serve between 8 to 16 years in state prison as part of a plea agreement.
