CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — A teenage boy has been sentenced in connection to the shooting death of a Capital High School freshman. Chrishaun Coller, 16, was sentenced as an adult by Kanawha County Circuit Court Judge Maryclaire Akers to one year in jail for involuntary manslaughter, with credit to time served. He was sentenced to five years for both of the wanton endangerment charges, which he will serve consecutively.
