New Urgent Care opens in Joplin; AFC Urgent Care

JOPLIN, Mo. (KOAM) — A new urgent care is opening in Joplin, directly south of Northpark Mall, American Family Care Urgent Care (AFC), 320 South Geneva Ave.

Reilly Etcheson , Nurse Practitioner, tells KOAM’s Shannon Becker they open for patients Wednesday, May 1.

They take nearly all forms of insurance and they also do self-pay.

There are about 300 locations across the country and growing.
