Police: Arson suspect arrested after Fortville fire
FORTVILLE, Ind. — An arson suspect was arrested in Delaware County after a fire in Fortville Tuesday night, police said. Shortly before 9:30 p.m. March 26, officers with the Fortville Police Department responded to the 400 block of Virginia Street, near North Leland Street on the north side of town, to assist the fire department regarding a building fire with a person possibly still inside.
