MCADOO, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police say two teenage girls were arrested after stealing and crashing a car in Schuylkill County early Thursday morning. According to police, the girls — a 16-year-old driver and 14-year-old passenger — stole a car from South Manning Street in McAdoo Borough around 3:26 a.m. Thursday.
