Two Owensboro people charged with fentanyl offenses
officials state detectives with the sheriff's office Special Investigations Unit (SIU) took Tyler Sowders, 26, and Lauren Turner, 22, into custody and found counterfeit Percocet pills containing fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl, baggies, scales, US currency and two handguns.
