Naples files lawsuit against airport authority over local control concerns
NAPLES, Fla. — The City of Naples has filed a lawsuit against the Naples Airport Authority following a dispute over control of the airport land. The legal action comes after a new bill went into effect in April, allowing Collier County voters to decide who will be part of the Naples Airport Authority. The city, which owns the land the airport sits on, argues that the lease agreement requires the city to maintain control over the property. Previously, the city had appointed members of the authority. Mediation efforts for a new lease between the city and the airport authority failed, leading to the lawsuit.

Question: Where and when was this photo taken and time of day? Answer: I took this at South Fort Myers High School Sept. 3 at 7:56 p.m. What were you trying to capture or express? I wanted to utilize our nice sunsets and their beautiful color to enhance my sports photography while covering the school's game against Gulf Coast. What type of lens/equipment did you use to get this image? I made this image with my Sony A1 and 70-200mm lens. My settings were 1/3200 shutter speed, aperture F/2.8 and 3200 ISO Any challenges with lighting, or anything else environmental? It's incredibly challenging to get everything to line up in your favor. I will spend sometimes almost the entire first half just trying to line up one image like this, but later in the season it becomes more of a race as the sun sets. The colors and lighting are also constantly changing, which
