KNEELAND, Calif. — A small plane that took off from McClellan Park in Sacramento County crashed in Humboldt County, killing at least one person on board, officials said. The Federal Aviation Administration said the single-engine Cessna 206 crashed near Kneeland Airport around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Two people were inside the plane.
