DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — It’s farmers market season in the Miami Valley, and the first weekend in May marks the opening of several markets.

These farmers markets are a great opportunity for Miami Valley residents to purchase locally-grown produce, flower bouquets and more. Some of these markets also offer handcrafted goods like woodwork and others locally-raised meats like chicken or beef.
