HICKSVILLE, N.Y. (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police arrested a Long Island woman on Thursday for trying to steal thousands from a Texas senior in a lotto scam.

According to detectives, Michelle Mcintosh, 40, contacted a 72-year-old man living in Texas and told him that he had won the lottery.
