No charges filed after bicyclist killed in Livingston County crash
Livonia, N.Y. — The Livingston County Sheriff's Office has identified the bicyclist killed in a crash over the weekend in Livingston County. Police said William Eve, 79, of Livonia, was riding his bike northbound on East Lake Road shortly after 7:30 a.m. Saturday when he collided with a vehicle while attempting to navigate the intersection with Big Tree Road and Bronson Hill Road.

William Eve, 79, of Livonia, was flown to Strong Hospital where he eventually died. The crash happened at the intersection of East Lake Road and Big Tree Road around 7:40 a.m.
