ST. LOUIS – Prosecutors in St. Louis City and County have charged two incarcerated men for allegedly attacking guards at their respective municipal jails. The earlier incident occurred on Sept. 10, 2023, at the St. Louis City Justice Center, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement.

JENNINGS — Police on Sunday identified the man who was killed in a shooting that injured four others in Koeneman Park. Police received several calls for the incident just after 5 p.m. Friday in the park, near the 9500 block of Marveline Drive and the 2600 block of Shannon Avenue.

Since then, concerned parents requested records related to those pages, but they say the school district delayed that access.
Union Station aims to debut new attractions Memorial Day weekend 2025
ST. LOUIS — The owner of Union Station revealed what new rides will be built next to the St. Louis Wheel, and when they will open. The three new rides and a carnival area will debut at the entertainment area in downtown St. Louis with a target date of Memorial Day weekend 2025, Maryland Heights-based Union Station owner and developer Lodging Hospitality Management said in a news release. The developers initially released conceptual plans for the expansion in February.
