11 Graduate Hancock County Fire Academy
The need for volunteer firefighters throughout the State and in Hancock County can't be emphasized enough! As many of the long-time firefighters get older, there just hasn't been enough new volunteers to come in and replace them. That's why there was much celebration Saturday night at The Grand in Ellsworth when 11 new cadets graduated from the Hancock County Fire Academy!
