GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - Another event designed to offer free expert assistance in enrolling in N.C. Medicaid health coverage happened today in one city in the East. Medicaid expansion passed in North Carolina on December 1st last year. This raised the original income amount residents needed, to meet with financial counselors at the ECU Health central billing office, who help enroll them in Medicaid health plans.
