Driver sentenced in fatal crash involving Omaha cardiologist
VALLEY, Neb. (WOWT) - The driver in a fatal Douglas County bicycle crash will spend the next two months behind bars. Dale TenEyck, 63, was sentenced in Douglas County Court Thursday morning to 60 days in jail followed by two years’ probation. He must also perform 150 hours of community service, take defensive driving classes, and must abstain from alcohol and controlled substances.
