    Second suspect arrested in Greenville murder

    GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Greenville police have arrested a second suspect in a murder that happened on April 17.

    Jah’Quore Connor of Farmville was taken into custody early Wednesday morning in Marietta, Ga., after barricading himself inside a residence, according to a media release from the Greenville Police Department. His apprehension was coordinated by the Greenville Police Department Violent Criminal Apprehension Team, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, Marietta Police Department, and Cobb County Police Department.

    Zy’quan Malik Johnson, of Walstonburg , was arrested on April 17 and charged with the murder of Jahsijah Jahson, 23, who was shot and killed.

    On April 15, police responded to a shots fired call in the area of West Third Street and White Street. Officers arrived at the 1000 block of West Third Street and found Jahson suffering from a gunshot wound. He later died and an investigation began by GPD.
