A Georgia mother has filed a $100 million-dollar civil rights lawsuit on behalf of her daughter, Briana Grier. It stems from the death of 28-year-old mother of 4-year-old twin daughters, who was taken into custody by Hancock County Sheriff's deputies while having a mental health crisis.
