Fentanyl leads to most overdose deaths in Brown County. Officials take steps to curb opioid overdoses.
GREEN BAY – 2023 marked the second deadliest year for overdose deaths in Brown County over the last six years and a majority of the deaths involved fentanyl. Regardless of whether 2024 is headed in the right direction, Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach said at a media event Wednesday that even one overdose death is "too high."
