FRYEBURG, Maine — A couple from Steep Falls is suing the Fryeburg Fair after the husband says he was seriously injured while watching harness racing at the fair. According to the lawsuit filed Wednesday in Cumberland County against the West Oxford Agricultural Society, doing business as the Fryeburg Fair, Gene and Beverly Miner were at the fair on Oct. 5, 2022, and had been watching racing together from the grandstands when Gene went to use the restroom.
