Minuteman Press of Grand Rapids is honored to celebrate National Nurses Week: "Nurses Make the Difference".

Everyday nurses play a vital role in caring for and supporting patients by providing education and compassion in their patients’ health journeys.

Paul and Sherry Frick, owners of Minuteman Press have a daughter, Lyssie, who is an LPN at Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital and see the dedicated work that she does every day to help others feel better and the difference she makes. It is in her honor that her dad decided to reward area nurses with a free tumbler as a gift for the work that they do. Minuteman Press did a Facebook post announcing the giveaway, and the messages started pouring in. Some nurses messaged themselves wanting a tumbler while others were supervisors and managers messaging in wanting to get one to reward their very deserving staff. In total Minuteman Press gave away 50 tumblers and have been enjoying handing them out as each tumbler has been picked up.

Minuteman Press has been operating in the Grand Rapids area for over 24 years and is located at 70 SE 7th Street.
