Rotary's Salute Freedom project places flags around the city of New Philadelphia
NEW PHILADELPHIA − Members of the Rotary Club of New Philadelphia will place nearly 200 flags at homes and businesses in New Philadelphia for the 13th annual Salute Freedom project in time for the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
