Pauline, a 5-year-old spayed female, is among the cats available for adoption at the Tuscarawas County Humane Society Animal Shelter , 1432 Tall Timber Road NE in New Philadelphia. May 6 marks one year of searching for her forever family with the Tuscarawas County Humane Society. Pauline is a sweet girl that loves having her cheeks rubbed and a good nap. She does well with other cats. The society does not understand why Pauline is being overlooked.

Rhea, a 2-year-old spayed female, is available at the Tuscarawas County Humane Society Animal Shelter. Rhea was a Bark Nation rescue. She doesn't let her difficult start in life stop her from being a goofy and playful girl. She is motivated to learn, loves belly rubs and playing ball. She needs a home without young children, due to her energy level, and continued training. Adoption hours at the shelter are 1 to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Shelter is closed Thursday. The phone number is 330-343-6060 and the website is www.tuschumanesociety.com .
