May 6
• A resident reportedly was scammed out of $23,000 from various online platforms.
May 4
• An individual was arrested for reportedly breaking a window and trespassing in a vacant building in the 400 block of Ridge Road.
May 3
• An unlocked car reportedly was burglarized overnight in the 500 block of 8th Street.
• An individual reportedly attempted to steal five bottles of liquor from Walgreens, 3232 Lake Ave.
WINNETKA
May 4
• Credit cards and ID’s reportedly were stolen from an unlocked car in the 1200 block of Lindenwood Drive.
May 2
• A mailed check reportedly was stolen, altered and cashed for an amount exceeding $5,000.
GLENCOE
April 30
• An individual was arrested following a reported dispute in Lakefront Park, 38 Park Ave. According to police, the individual was intoxicated and attempted to drive a vehicle with juveniles inside.
April 24
• A home reportedly was burglarized around 5 p.m. in the 800 block of Oak Drive. According to police, a witness reported seeing three individuals exit the home and flee in a pickup truck at a high rate of speed.
HIGHLAND PARK
May 5
• A car reportedly was stolen from a driveway in the 1100 block of Bob-O-Link Road.
• Two items reportedly were stolen from an unlocked car in the 1000 block of Court Avenue.
May 1
• An individual reportedly faked a winning lottery ticket to steal $100 from Casey’s, 1333 Half Day Road.
April 30
• Two replacement license plates reportedly were stolen from inside a locked car in the 1600 block of Deerfield Road.
NORTHFIELD
No reported incidents between April 29-May 5 that meet The Record’s standards for publication.
KENILWORTH
