Binghamton Man Found Guilty of Rape in 1st Degree
A Binghamton man was found guilty on the charge of Rape in the 1st degree in court on Thursday. According to the Broome County District Attorney, in June 2023, Willis Bickham, Jr. took a child under the age of 13 years old into an apartment on Green Street and proceeded to have intercourse with her. Bickham was 40 years old at the time. He was also found guilty of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
