SOUTHBURY, CT (WFSB) - Animal control officers in Southbury said they’re looking for information about a dog found tied to a tree at a horse farm. They said the female German shepherd was found tied up at the Willow Creek Horse Farm on North George’s Hill Road at some point on Thursday morning.
